Martin has been busy!
Visiting schools, youth clubs, and various other venues, so far this year Martin has spoken to...
...12,000 children and adults, bringing his total to 22,000 since the launch of Charlie's Promise almost 12 months ago.

We took to the road
In March, we took to the roads in Scotland for the North Coast 500. We took Charlie with us, and spread his story to new areas, delivering talks in Durham and visited Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC.

People ran for us
In early April, Will, Maxine, Zoe, Stuart and Jen ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon, fundraising for Charlie's Promise, and proudly wearing our logo. We had a loud band of supporters along the route cheering them on, and they all did incredibly well.
Charlie's Festival
In February we announced our biggest annual event, Charlie's Festival. With a change of name and branding from last year, this year we're all about the music.
On 12th July, in Jubilee Field, Milford, we're putting on 10 hours of live music, bringing the community together for another unforgettable day.
Please visit here for more information and regular updates.

What's next?
We'll be at more schools, doing more talks, reaching more children, and keeping the memory of Charlie alive.
There will be more events, including Charlie's Festival and we have some exciting projects planned so please keep an eye on our social media and website for more information.
We also received the news that we have been invited to join the government's knife crime coalition which meets 4 times a year to tackle the problem of knife crime in the UK.
Thank you to everyone we have met this year who has helped, volunteered, donated, organised, fundraised, attended a talk, or just said hello. We couldn't do it without you.
